Robert Reynolds
Robert has been an independent mortgage and insurance adviser / broker since 1988. He is a fully qualified mortgage adviser and financial planner. He has built up almost 20 years experience as a financial adviser to clients in the UK, Russia and the Middle East, advising on mortgages, general insurance, loans, investments, pensions and tax.In his financial services career he has worked with a number of well known companies such as Midland & General Direct Ltd, Berkley International, Kompass Financial Services and the Independent Financial Advice Centre. Robert is qualified to Financial Planning Certificate (1 & 2), and CeMAP (2 & 3).
Steve Gears
Steve has been working in the electronic engineering / IT training and consultancy arena since 1982. As an experienced manager, he is well versed in the management and delivery of customer service to ISO9000 quality standards and has been the main driver of the development of the Better-Mortgages Quality Manual which contains standards and procedures used to run the business.
In the past few years Steve has developed web technology for his own business ventures, and has assisted in the development of web sites and marketing for other small businesses including the Better-Mortgages.co.uk site. Prior to recent activities, over the last twenty years he has successfully delivered a number of projects for well known companies such as M&S Financial Services, Deutsche Bank, Xansa Plc, and British Airport Authority Plc.
